MY STORYAfter a decade of creating media for clients, Leadinglite Media was started by Zachary Tannar in 2026 to focus on the clients he believes it is most important to support.
Zachary has also been on his own journey of leadership beginning with when he started a non-profit filmmakers society in his hometown of Nanaimo. He ran the organization for 9 years as both president and executive director. His experience has shown him the challenges that leaders face and it is his goal now to make media easy so leaders can focus on their mission. |

Since November 2025 I've produced eleven vlog episodes documenting Chris Wolfe's entrepreneurial journey starting his pressure washing business in a new city. Seeing his growth from starting out all by himself to taking on big projects with a team is an inspiring story that I'm thrilled to be able to share to hopefully inspire more entrepreneurs. We have also been working on his brand and creating content for social media.
